Class participants should come to class wearing proper fitness attire, including sneakers or cross-trainers to support the feet. We recommend cross-trainers instead of running shoes as cross-trainers provide lateral support and have a flat sole that won't grip the dance floor the way running shoe treads do. If the gym or facilities don't have a policy regarding footwear, you also have the option to dance barefoot if you like and are accustomed to dancing that way, but please be aware of the risks involved when doing so.
Finally, don’t forget to bring a water bottle to remain hydrated throughout class.
