Absolutely! BollyX dance fitness classes are open to all levels - no background needed in dance or fitness. No matter the routine or choreography shown, you should always feel free to modify the movements you see and do what feels best for your body. The important thing is to have fun and be safe!
Please let the instructor know before class that it's your first time at BollyX. Our BollyX Cardio Level 1 classes have high impact movements (jumps and hops) but you can always keep movements low impact. We also offer BollyX LIT classes (low impact format) so if you see that on a gym's schedule, know that it's the same fun BollyX format but without any hops or jumps.
Instructors swap out a song every week or two, which gives you the chance to see similar songs over a span of 4-6 weeks in the 45-60 min class. The more you come, the more familiar you will be with the routines and choreography!
