BollyX on Demand memberships come with a money back guarantee. This refund is available within 7 days of purchase for our Basic plan and within 30 days of purchase for our Pro plan. To request a refund, email contact@bollyx.com.
To manage or cancel your membership plan, go to My Account. If no cancellation request is received through your account, your membership will continue based on the plan you signed up for. There are no partial month refunds or credits.
Once you have enrolled in the monthly or annual subscription, you are responsible for all subscription fees. If you are using a debit card for your subscription and your transaction results in an overdraft or other fee from your bank, you alone are responsible for that fee.
