One of BOD's coolest features is the Workout Builder which lets you create your own workouts from scratch using all your favourite songs! Click on the video below to learn more (make sure your audio is on).

Prefer to read? Here's the recap:
- Click on "Workout Builder" from the top navigation menu
- Click on the desired length of your workout (i.e. 10 min, 15 min, or Custom as desired)
- Select each drop-down and choose the song you want to include in your workout. (Pro tip: you can also click on "Surprise Me" which will populate the entire workout for you)
- Give your playlist a name
- Click on "Save your playlist"
- A banner will appear to confirm saved workout - click "Watch now"
