- On the homepage (https://bod.bollyx.com/dashboard/) click on your preferred workout duration from the "quick start" banner
- A workout will auto-generate to match that duration, just turn up your music and start your workout!
Pro tip: If you like that workout, click on "save" and retrieve it later using the Workout Builder menu.
